Models are needed for upcoming figure drawing sessions sponsored by Jaded Seed Art Gallery and held at The Hairpin Arts Center. The requirements are to be able to hold poses comfortably for increments of up to 20 minutes.

A typical session will consist of, but strictly adhered to: an introduction of you, the model(s), to the artists. To commence, five 2 minute poses and a 2.5 minute break. Then 2 ten minute poses, another 2.5 minute break. After which we will prepare for the longer pose which it is recommended to practice sitting in at home for 20 minutes. Although it is inevitable, movements should be kept at a minimum because the artists are focused more intensely. However, it is not the end of the world because we don't want you to experience any nerve or tissue damage for the sake of beauty and creation. 

 

There is a pay of $50 associated with posing for us. This is a 2 hour commitment with breaks, free snacks, and beverages. Payment will be given at the end of the session. Funds will be deducted for tardiness. Yes, this is for clothes on. If you have more questions, email: jadedseedart@gmail.com
